You can contact me, the Big Pauper, via the contact form or via BPMC AT GLITCHART DOT COM.  BPMC is a one man operation, please allow up to one week for a response.  I do not offer support over the phone, social media or streaming video.

All sales are final.  A refund will only be honored in cases of a mistake in order quantity.  Items determined to be faulty upon receipt will be repaired and replaced within 30 days of receiving the item at BPMC’s expense.  Refunds are exceptionally hard to grant, especially as time has passed.  Order funds are often used to source the components necessary to fulfill your order.  Often within the first 48 hours after purchase.

Shipping times vary from item to item and are often posted on each product’s page. If you have any turnaround time questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Shipping services utilized are FEDEX and DHL. I try not to utilize USPS.

Returns are not accepted unless an item is faulty. If an item is faulty your item will be repaired or often exchanged for a working unit once a return tracking number has been provided. If you should need a repair please contact me to work out the details.
