The HDK-02 is an HDMI glitch effects processor fx available in limited quantity.  We’re still in the early stages of HD glitch and the HDK-02 unearths some fun new looks. The HDK-02 highlights corrupted color processing and angled image fracturing effects not available on other BPMC designs.  The HDK-02 creates bold and rich color inversions, skews & posterization style effects.  The HDK-02 loves low resolution artifact rich video.  It’s a great way to cover-up streaming and bootlegged content in a fun and creative way.  The control interface is my usual mixer-bay style setup.  Turn up one knob and then turn up other knobs to pick and choose connections.  Primary points are labeled with the black knobs and the sub points are labeled with silver.  A worthy addition to the HD roster.  The HDK-02 is available in very limited quantities.

PLEASE NOTE: BPMC DOES IT’S BEST TO TAME THE GLITCH IN CREATING RELIABLE & STABLE TOOLS FOR YOU.  THE HDK-02 HAS TWO GLITCH ELEMENTS THAT MAY BE ANNOYING FOR USERS.  FIRST, THE DIAGONAL PARTITION EFFECTS OFTEN CREATE DIGITAL AUDIO NOISE RENDERING AUDIO UNUSABLE.  IF USING THE HDK-02 IN A LIVE SETTING YOU WILL WANT TO MUTE THE AUDIO ON WHATEVER YOU ARE OUTPUTTING TO.  SECOND, STACKING SOME OF THE DIAGONAL PARTITION EFFECTS LEAVE YOUR SIGNAL WITH VISUAL NOISE UPON TURNING FX OFF.  YOU CAN OFTEN KNOCK THIS BACK BY TURNING UP RANDOM DIAGONAL PARTITION KNOBS UNTIL IT RETURNS TO CLEAN BUT SOMETIMES A POWER CYCLE MAY BE NECESSARY.  SOMETIMES TRUE HARDWARE GLITCH HAS SOME PRACTICAL LIMITATIONS.  I FIND THE REWARD WORTH THE LIMITATIONS.  THIS THAT RAW SHIT.   YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!
